Default Adding jump seats from SE7 to SE

Hi Guys, Is it a simple conversion to take SE7 jumps seats from a 1999.5 and install them into a 2001 SE? I was hoping that I could remove all of the rear end plastic, molding and mounts from the SE7 and swap into the SE. Are the bolt holes and other features behind the plastic and underneath the carpet of the SE to accept the swap?? Anyone done this already? Thanks!

There are people who successfully installed them here. But also I read its also that its quite dangerous if you get into an accident and if someone get hurt since its not registered as 7 seater. I guess you have to check the possibility, there are existing slots in my SE for jump seats but was never used.

All mounting holes are present. Be super vigilant to get all needed hardware and brackets.

Also, one thing about the 3rd row seats, just make sure the A/C is adequate enough for people all the way at the back. They will hate riding with you during summer. LOL!
Another is the rear step, if your truck is raised its very hard for short people like me to get in.

Good points! Mine has the rear air and I still can't believe how well they designed it to work. It's such a great truck all the way around! Thanks for the heads up!
