I am sure that when I turned the AC switch on the needle kicked towards negative scale but I'm not sure which ones are the positive and the negative on the leads. And when I switched the leads, then it kicked towards the right of the scale which I assume the right polarity. What do you mean when you said that you are sure the resistors are on the negative side? What does it mean? Can you determine what causes the fault in the system? Will you be able to tell how much power Im suppose to get or an average reading. Thank you again.

well, full bore, it should be 12V. The resistors are in line on the negative lead. The positive will have +12V all of the time with the relay on if you ground to the frame. I am not sure on this, though. Just saying that if you are grounding your meter to the frame and looking for 12V, you may see it and there still be something wrong.

What kind of voltages are you seeing? It should go higher as fan speed is increased.

Just went through RAVE. You have an infinite blower. It is a transistor, so the - voltage should fluctuate. Odds are the transistor is out if the blower motor works when jumpered.

This is from RAVE:

Power transistor
The power transistor controls speeds 1 to 30 of the front blower motor. The
power transistor is controlled by the ATC ECU on a PG wire to ECU pin
C0792-8 and on a G wire to ECU pin C0793-1.
Speeds 1 to 30 are controlled by the power transistor varying the resistance to
the earth flow from the front blower motor. The earth path from the front blower
motor is connected on a B wire, via splice joint A10, to the power transistor.
The power transistor is connected on a B wire, via splice joints A9 and B9, to
earth eyelet connector C0910-1.

Thanks Jason, So then which part should I replace? Is the transistor part of the resistor or the relay? Where to get that? Thanks again.
Though just finished paying for the truck, after a day, I stalled on the highway overheated with a broken reservoir. Just replaced it and saw throttle body heater with tons of buildup. Replacing it right now too.
