I have a problem. 01 Disco II SE, TC lights on, no mech problems. Dealer tells me the computer needs to be reset continuously, could this be an electrical problem (i.e. fuse). All systems seem to work fine. Any suggestions that won't cost an arm and a leg.

You will need to have someone scan the system, check the codes, turn them off and go drive some more. Sme times the lights come on for no obvious reason, if they come back on have to recheck for codes to see what is causing the problem.
Usually it is a dirty wheel sensor that may have been knocked loose, or cheap after market brake pads that are dusty and squeak alot.
