Default Ashcroft ATB/3 Amigos/ABS/Traction control mess

Recently purchased Ashcroft ATB's front and rear and had them professionally installed. The 3 Amigos lights and the brake light have been on since the installation (two months or so) but the vehicle has functioning fine. I purchased a Hawkeye Total code reader to clear the codes and it gave me a "historical" fault 4084 as well as WABCO DATA Factory Code 0115. Because it had been working fine, I just cleared the codes. Upon starting the engine, all lights were gone except the ABS light. I started to drive and the traction control light turned on and there was a grinding noise. I restarted and got the same thing. I parked and am really confused. Could the reader have somehow defaulted to some improper settings? I would be concerned about the ABS Pump/Module except it had run fine until the reader entered the picture. Spoke with someone in the UK and he thought maybe the control/ABS unit is not allowing the brakes to release.

Any ideas? Thank you for your help.
