Default ABS problems

I have a code reader. so far what I have is all four lights, emergency brake light, hill descent, abs, traction control are on. First time it happen all 4 lights. This is what happened, i push the gas traction control light comes on feels like gearing slowing down or grabbing. Went off come back on did the same thing felt like brakes sticking or something like that. Then all four lights came on. Read my code. So far all I've gotten is pump failure / sticking. What are you guys thinking my problem is and how to permanently fix it?

When the ABS module senses a fault it decreases power to the engine so that likely explains the feeling of slowing down.

I've never seen this suggested in any forum, nor can I find any mention of it in RAVE. Where is this documented? What is your source?
