My bad, I skipped over the new water pump. If the old fan clutch was put back on, it may be failing. Whne warmed up, truck off, spin and relaease fan. It should stop in under 1 revolution.

Ill look into getting a new radiator. My mechanic thinks its the tstat not opening, but we tried both grey and one from land rover, and either way the fan comes on after while.
