Question Bearing in coolant pump...

Hi.
It is wobbly and noisy. Nobody repairs the pumps ? Does the bearing exists as replacement part ? As a teenager I did. Now trying to find the bearing, nope. Toss and replace the whole pump. Is that the new norm ?

Assuming you are talking about the water pump, yep, replace as a unit.

The latest and greatest water pump is FlowKooler. I have it on both trucks. Well made. Some will claim it pumps more efficiently. I can't really tell.
