Default Black muck on the window seals

Okay, I've noticed that I'm getting some black muck on the seals around the rear windows on my Disco (the fixed windows in the cargo area). It doesn't run or anything, but if I run a towel or my finger along the seal, I get a gritty black film. Is this something to worry about, and if so can you replace these seals?

I scrubbed them clean with soap and water when i was washing it one day about every other car wash or two i do it and it keeps them clean.

Thanks for the info. Next time I wash it, I'll give them a scrub.
