Default Rubber window seals

I've seen so many cracked rear window rubber seals especially in the D1 is there a way to prevent this? I live in a tropical country and I try to avoid parking my truck under the sun. Any product out there that will keep the rubber seals supple?

Use a silicon spray and coat them, in the mean time start looking around for some new ones.
You could also use a shoe water sealer, like Kiwi.

Silicon spray, good idea, that's what we use to keep our O-rings supple when we scuba dive. Thanks.
