Default Blower Motor issue

Good day everyone! My 2001 disco 2 keeps going through blower motors. It works for about a month or 2 then it just stops working. This will be the third one I have put into this thing in about 9 months. What is the deal!!!????

Well- the blower motor stops working.... Not sure how else to say it. There is power at the plug in receptacle, but the motor just dies. I put power to it on a bench and still it does not work. My meter shows me power at the plug in site under the passenger panel kickboard.

well guys it looks like i have the same problem as some of you guys on here first it went off about 3 weeks ago for maybe 3 to 4 seconds then came back on , i was running it a couple of days ago it was working fine UNTILL i stopped turned it off went into a shop came back out NO AIR CON , NO HEATER so i checked the fuse #7 under the steering all ok , checked the fuses under the hood all ok removed the cover for the blower & with the ignition on i turned the HVAC on & i heard a clicking noise from underneath from the blower so i am thinking it is the blower itself all i need to know is how to remove it so i can check if its clear of debris & crap or should i just replace it ?

Just follow the Rave manual. It’s not a difficult job at all.

I have to do this once every couple of years. I use this AULRO poster's great set of instructions and pics:
