there should not be an inline fuse between the third light and the other two, on any year. could be a loose connector, bad ground, or possibly a few other things. but yes the year and mileage will help us out a lot.

 

Having the same problem after installing my new stereo. Things were sparking sometimes...I could totally see blowing some fuse. Any idea where to look for such an inline fuse?

Driving a 1996 D1 with 86k miles.

I'll poke around the Rave manual.

ps, I hope this doesn't count as a hijack...I figured it would go right along with the original posters question.

 

no inline fuse, just the ones under dash and hood (and maybe a couple airbag ones behind the glove box) chances are if you did this behind the radio, you shorted the illumination circuit, do you have dash lights?
