The 01 I just picked up only has 56K on it. The brakes are not bad yet, but there's not a ton of pad left. What are the specs/measurements for the front and back rotors? My last disco got over 100k miles on the rotors so if can just pad slap it...all the better. They seem to be in good shape still.

What's the best grippy pad for a disco?

On a different note I FINALLY found the rattle noise that was driving me nuts. The stupid fog light is loose and knocking around. Gotta love it when all that noise is something like that.

 

EBC green stuff. Best pads I have tried yet.

 

Thanks. Would they be worth getting on oem rotors or would benefit only be worth it on upgraded rotors? Not too much heat for a stock rotor?

 

I put the pads with OEM rotors and they were noticeably better. I'm sure the EBC dimpled and slotted rotors would also be an upgrade. I think the kit all the way around from AB is $550 or so.
