Default Brakes

I recently had my brakes done 60 days agoon my 99 Disc II. However they don't seem as sensitive as they were. There seems to be alot of pressure from the begining and I really have topush hard if I want it to stop fast. I have been in cars were there is no pressurethis is not the case here. The pressure doesn't match theslow stopping. Is there something they can adjust or did something go wrong. I have 4 wheel disc brakes ABS.

Thanks

did you have just the pads replaced? or pads and rotos together? if it was just pads, did you have the rotors machined? if not your brakes will be spongey for some time because the pads and rotors dont match. they should both be replaced at the same time or the rotors should be machined, if not, thean thats where the soft pedal comes from. from there i would try a system bleed. brakes use a hydrolic fluid that over time breaks down and looses it ability to hold pressure as well, or even you mave have by a fluke got an air bubble into your system. good luck, hope thats a start.

It's either that or they need to be properly bed-in. You can find info on that procedure anywhere online.
