Default Broken vac line?

Noticed this while working on a unrelated issue. Any idea where it it goes? I dont hear any vacuum leaks. Ny vents all seem ro work right as does my cruise (all be it a little weak but will maintain when it does work).

Those are vent lines. Follow them back to see where they come from and you'll realise that they're supposed to be like this.
Cruise control unit only has lines that connect to itself.
