Default Bypassing the HK factory amp

I had put a new sound system in months ago and it is fantastic. Only issue is I get the buzz from the alternator due to the ground loop that is created between this system and the factory amp. I could wire in some group loop interrupters, but that is actually more of a pain than usual and you can lose some clarity that way. So, the easiest thing I think would be to just bypass the factory amp under the driver's seat. Anyone attempt this? The new head unit has plenty of power without needing a separate amp anyway. Before I go cutting wires, would love to see what others have done (or other suggestions to get the buzz out of it).

see attached from RAVE.

Not sure if you could treat leads E2 and F2 from the amp, or just what connector they appear on.

I was looking at that before and wondering if I could cut and splice those wires. It looks fairly straightforward in the diagram, but I know I'm missing something! Thanks as always Buzz
