I spun the crank with the hampnic balancer bolt and a 12" crescent to drop them out the bottom.

The bearings are stepped in size (biggest first, smallest last), so you remove them 1 - 2 - 3 - 4, then reinstall them 4 - 3 - 2 - 1.

And you MUST get the oil feed lined up on each bearing the first time. Knocking a bearing back out and then reinserting it is not recommended. You've also gotta set the depth right.
