Did you call them? They do alot of rebuilds, im sure its worth asking if they can do an 04 4.6.
Other than that, the two I listed are the best shops I know of for used/rebuilt engines in the land rover world. I don't post links to companies I've never heard of/used so i'd google some options if you cant find anything on roverland or motorcars.

Look up Will Tillery at Roverguy.com. I got a 2002 Range Rover 4.6 from him about 2 months ago low mileage for like 2600 delivered and a 6 month warrenty. Very cool guy.
