Sorry, I though I read that you used a 5W/30.

No, my bad. I did use 5w30 per the dealer. I should have gone with my gut and at least put in 10w30. I will see how it goes with this...if I feel the need to change sooner I will.

OK all, I finally fixed the leak. 2 of the 4 bolts in the filter housing mount were loose. torqued up n leak gone. Thanks everyone for all the help and info.
