Default changed the wires / plugs, it's better, but still...

01 discovery started running pretty rough and engine light came on, individual cylinder misfire codes and mltiple misfire codes.

So I got done changing the plugs and wires. It runs a whole lot smoother but now still a few issues, not sure if they are a result of my work or just now apparent with the new wires / plugs. Cleaned the TB and seafomed it a few months ago.

It is idling pretty slow, about 5-600 rpm. Before the work, when it was started, it would race for a few seconds then settle about 900 rpm. I don't know what controls this. Seems to rev fine when driving, maybe not as much power as should be, and if you let off the gas all the way there is a single "blip" from the engine, not a backfire I dont' think.

Any help or thing to check appreciated - I did have to remove the manifold to do the plugs (have NO IDEA how some people can do it without), but I think all is back together correctly-

I forgot to have the guy clear the codes, so tomorrow I will go get that done and see if anything still comes up.

Clear the codes and we'll take it from there.

What year, mileage, brand of plugs and wires and what octane gas are you running?
