So reading this thread I can see no one ever said what was a good output of alternator... I have the ultra-gauge and it is reading around 14.5v had to replace battery last year and the only reason Im thinking I could also have issue is a little issue of every time my signals are on i can see lights dim at night while signal lights up and also when I select left turn signal I get 3 amigoes... only at night with headlights on.

13.8 - 14.4 at the battery. Can't say what you would get at the UG.

You may want to find and clean up all the grounds associated with the lights that you mention. Sometimes the same ground point serves several items, and if it has corrosion on it all those items can be strange. You could also have a high current being drawn by the turn signal circuit, perhaps look at the trailer connector or cable harness for it in the back.
