thanks disco mike , but still is it okay if i drove the car since its the O2 sensors that need to be change?

Make sure you are running at least 91 octane fuel. It will be ok to drive it for a bit, but it will cause to to run rich ar lean, depending on the fault. It is not good for the truck, it will make it carbon up. Get the replacements as soon as you can. Like it has been stated before, replace all 4 at the same time.

it says well my friend says replace O2 sensor bank 1 and bank 2 that's pretty much it .

exactly, the only code that will outright say replace the sensor is for the sensor heater circuit, and even then you should check power if you have codes for both. but just so you know, even land rovers system says the o2 sensor is the problem for most fueling codes.
