It was coming from the exterior A pillar trim.

A pillar trim is held by 3 plastic expanding nuts and 3 metal clips that are friction grip.

The two top portion of the metal clip was no longer holding the trim and only the bottom one was holding it.

At speed, enough drag caused the trim to move and rotate, that caused squeaky noise.

Hope this will help someone in the future.

BTW replacing the A pillar trim was major PITA.

This job took me 2 hours.

Bob -

This sounds like the exact issue I'm facing in my 2010 lhd LR4. At 40 mph the chirping, screeching, kind of pulsing noise only seems to be related to speed. Did you ever determine the exact cause?
