i measured it with the leads poking inside the adapter and liek i said 0.3 volts

i build high end tube amplifiers as a hobby and am ashamed to say i did not checked it your that way.... shame on me for a few weeks........... will try this tomorrow

i did it again, but this time inside the adapter AND at the fuse.
adapter = 0.3 v
fuse = 13,80 while running, 12.0 when not running

I will remove it this weekend. I tested the fuse box and these is current so it can only be an issue from the wiring after the fuse.
