Default CKP Sensor Replacement

I didn't have a chance to replace my CKP sensor before I went out of town. I decided to review RAVE while I'm gone to make sure I had what I needed waiting for me back home. According to the RAVE, any time you replace the sensor you have to rest the adaptive values using TestBook. Is this true? Or an I just do a direct swap without worrying about that?

No test book needed. Not sure what values would need to be reset anyway. The ECU will learn to adapt to the new sensor.
