Default Cleaned cylinder/piston

Would a leaky fuel injector mimic the cleaning effect of a coolant leak into a cylinder?

Ah, no worry, everything is fine actually

Its just that I havent had a code in over a week and I was trying to think of things I mightve done to cause that. I remembered putting the last half of my Redline treatment into the gas about 2 weeks ago, so this question popped into my head.
