On the topic of springs, is anyone here familiar with putting D1 springs and perches on a DII? I’ve heard that’s possible and gives a small lift to a DII, but I don’t know any details.

Anyone have any first hand knowledge?

In the rear, the D1 perches give roughly 1/2" of lift.

I do remember *something* about D1 springs giving some lift to a D2, but my recollection it is only the front or only the rear, I do not recall.

If it is the rear, you can take your factory rear springs and put them in the front. That is good for 3" to 3.5" lift in the front.

I have D1 rear perches in my D2. As Alex says, about 1/2" lift. No modifications needed.
