Just had this done yesterday but it wasn't $24! Much more at the dealership but my Disco was in for a 60K tune up.
Also, they did a throttle body service while they were in there which the servicce tech said he recommended once a year for a Disco with more than 60K on it. Says it saves later on. That true?

Here is a pretty extensive post on this subject. It has been discussed numerous times in this forum...I'll be bypassing mine soon...just started leaking for the second time.

You can do that as a temp fix. But the repair parts kit is like $25. The freeze up would happen if you were in the mountains, pulling in cool air, get to the top of the mountain, start down the other side, and throttle is still stuck almost wide open.
