Just did the oven cleaner... Soaked only a few minutes. Hosed off a few times followed by Black Magic engine degreaser/ shine. There is a YouTube video of it being used on a car. The most important thing is to rinse immediately and not let it sit long. The engine shine was used to lubricate and seal the rubber, plastic & metal as Oven Off is pretty harsh.

Worked faster than three cans of Gunk. I did the engine & tranny. Ready for the usual leaks to reappear . Cleanest it's ever been. The Dollar Stores sell it cheap!

Hd generic brand is cheaper than dollar store, in my hood

ended up using regular degreaser and by the time i was almost done, i got my self all soaked up with nasty dirt and grime so i forgot the pictures of before and after- ill have some up soon.

Mothers aluminum wheel cleaner... after all the gunk is off of course
