I have not but think I read where the rear alpine windows can leak which will lead to wet rear carpets.

Where is the carpet wet? If the near the cargo door you might have to adjust the door to shut tighter or use some backing rod to push the seal out. There is also leaking at the cargo door window where it pools in the rubber seal and drips down on the sub woofer. Alpine windows as mentioned and lastly the rear sunroof. Depending on how level you park the water could run downhill on top of the head liner.
