Default Diagnostic Tools for Disco 2

Hi, I need to change the brake fluid and level my air suspension on my 2001 Disco.
I think you need a Diagnostic Tool to do both.

Does anyone know of a tool that can perform both tasks? Or is there a way to do it without a tool?

You don't need a diagnostic tool to do either of those tasks

The brakes can be bled the old-fashioned way, it doesn't require power bleeding where the ABS pump is run.

And I don't know what you mean by leveling the air suspension. Isn't it self leveling? Isn't that the point of it existing?

I heard the brakes will only bleed about 75% manually, but I never did it before, so any information is appreciated.
On the SLS, I changed both sensors because one was completely broken. Now it is lower on one side. Maybe one sensor is off. I heard with a tool, you can "zero" the suspension out.

But I do not know what tool "they" speak of and the cost.
