It's not clear whether you're able to get into the truck or not. Sure, the key is snapped in the door, but is the door unlocked?
You should be able to pick up a replacement ignition with a matched key from a junkyard or one of the disassemblers on this forum. Maybe try roverbones https://landroverforums.com/forum/me...erbones-80548/

Another guy on the forum whose truck also has the key broken in the door lock is able to lock and unlock his truck using a dime or a penny, or even a piece of mulch stuck in the slot where the key goes (really, I'm not kidding; he is local and I have seen him do it).

As long as the business-end of the key is stuck in the lock, you should be able to turn it using A dime or a penny, or something similar. Wait to try the mulch until you have graduated from beginner level.

I second that. I've done this in the past with a magnifying glass and a pair of very good fine pliers. Look at the where you broke off the the key very closely. Chances are there is a ridge and not a clean break. Use pliers to grab on that ridge and see if you can take the broken piece out. That work for me once. Alternatively see if you can gently turn it. You can use a fine screwdriver too ;-)
