The last picture has those weird marks, can't figure out why or what would have caused that (unless something got in there). But, it's almost like they had a bad day at the machine shop while working on these heads originally.

Can't imagine a shop wanting to mess with them now...especially at the tolerances mentioned above.

I'm gonna take them by a machine shop in the morning and see what they think, if not new heads will be in for the future.
