Default Doing head gaskets! Need some help!

So having a brain fart and cannot remember for the life of me where this gasket and this bracket went on the heads!

Bracket goes to the back of the drivers side head, lower position. It holds the wiring harness that passes there in place.

Not sure about the grommet/gasket. Kind of looks like valve sten seal, but not.

Well... the driver side head is already back on lol oh well. Yeah that little gasket baffles me. Atlantic British didn't even know, and they sold me the kit!
