did both front door lock actuators. it was intimidating, however after getting inside the door it was fairly straightforward to do the full frame removal. i did not find that very challenging, much less than the frame bend and try to muscle the lock around it in place.

one challenge was the 3 torx bolts that hold the actuator to the door frame. on both sides i had to drill one out. any idea on the part number or where to order some replacements? t25 if i recall from the bits i bent trying to get them out.

in the short term i took a couple off the rear doors to fill the gaps in the front.
