Default Door lock cylinder does not turn

First off. Sorry not using search function. At work with some cycle time on my mill and posting via phone. Recently driver door lock cylinder stop working. Key goes in. Does not turn. Can't lock the truck. From the inside I can use the central locking and doors lock, driver door is slow to react and reopened. Passenger door has to be actuated to open and lock manually, but I have a new lock assembly for that I need to put in. Do I need a new driver door actuator as well? From what I have read it sounds typically when people have issues there is a spring that breaks but it still allows cylinder to turn just doesn't unlock. I have no remote for the keyless entry.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
