Hi, any chance if someone knows on a 99 disco II ( I've read the damn rave for hours and cant find the answer) if any one of the wires in the front door wiring harness has 12v power when the ignition is turned on? Looking to add a 12v power line to an illuminated speaker without running to the fuse panel.

Window motor. But for the love of sweet baby jesus, whats the problem with running it back to the fusebox. Do it right. Add a small fuse panel and run it correctly. Prevents future problems. If you do it the way you want to, you will burn the harness out.

 

yea already did .........I could not find e the wiring schematics for the door harness so I just ran it back through the rubber door boot. Kind of PITA but, done now
