Default Double Cardan question

I might not understand what Double Cardan means but seems the oem front prop shaft I installed has Double Cardan joints already! If so why is it mentioned everywhere to replace the prop shaft with a Double Cardan shaft for a high lift? Just curios if Im confusing this.

The oem shaft is a double cardon driveshaft. If you go to a big lift, you need to swap to a *multiple* double cardon shaft, meaning two universal joints at each end of the shaft (four total).

You should also replace your rear driveshaft with one that has a double cardon joint one end and a single universal joint (instead of the rubber donut... Blanking on the name right now) on the other end.

Man, multiple double cardon prop shafts are hard to find. Most are just 3 joints, even the Tom Woods upgraded one.
