Driveshaft view and advice?

I wanted to add another option for a front driveshaft that I purchased off of eBay for $270.
For months, I was reading many reviews from everyone on this forum and other forums plus on YouTube before I made this major purchase. This is the company that I wanted to spend my money for a quality product at $270... Trans Axles & Driveshaft Distributors TADD (A division of A-1 Drive Shaft Co. Inc., Milwaukee, WI) 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 2 (NEW) FRONT DRIVE SHAFT | eBay
What sold me on their driveshaft was:
- The company has 35+ years experience in fabricating driveshafts
- The drive shaft is a direct replacement for the poorly engineered Land Rover OE driveshaft for the Disco II
- The shaft is fully serviceable with 5 total grease zerk fittings
- It is balanced at high and low speeds
- The shaft is built with 2"x.120 HD DOM tubing which makes it very sturdy and solid
- 90 day warranty with extremely helpful staff when I called and had questions about fitting this on my Disco.
It's been a couple of weeks since it's been installed and I haven't had any problems driving with the stop and go Atlanta street traffic or on the highway at 93 MPH.

I just bought a $130.00 driveshaft off of Ebay for a friend and it's a very nice quality driveshaft. All u-joints have zerk fittings, balanced, and zero issues.
At that price I'd rather just replace vs rebuild it! I had a well known brand $400.00 front driveshaft on one of my D2's and it had the cheapest u-joints in history on it. It started squealing not even 6 months later. I returned that sucker & seriously complained. Didn't get my $$$ back and I'll never use em again.

If you take it apart, make sure you rebuild or have the entire thing rebuilt. Cardon and and all. Ive had 2 drive shafts explode on me because of my ignorance. Honestly though, I would never buy a brand new one has Ive heard the all aluminum drive shafts are much more fragile than the OEM ones. Ive always gotten one from the junkyard and rebuilt them. (the ones that exploded were not rebuilt)
