Hey all,

I wanted to report success with the cheap (<$150) cowls that are showing up on eBay from China. Mine arrived intact and looked great, although the windshield seal wasn't installed correctly, and was fairly difficult to fix. Besides that, it fit my vehicle just like the original, even matching the slightly misaligned wiper holes on the factory version. Would definitely recommend since the OEM versions are $$$$.

I also used this rubber seal for my AC inlet to help prevent water ingress, it fit perfectly.

Looks nice. I have the same part on mine. Has anyone had any ideas or solutions to fix the gap between the a pillar and cowl? There is about an inch of clearance on each side of the cowl.

 

Getting ready to order one. I just installed one of 2 C-pillar trim pieces I got on eBay, and was very impressed with the quality.
