Has anybody here installed one? If so what is your opinion of them?

It's cheaper at atlanticbritish. It probably doesn't matter where you get it, it's all the same part from wabco.

Thanks jafir. I did not know AB was selling them. I just assumed they were only selling the complete module.

You should also consider replacing the o-rings to protect the new valve assembly, Falcon Works, in Tuscon is the only supplier of the 2 o-rings needed and they are not cheep.

I can not find the price now, but I remember coming across their website a while back and thinking to myself that the kit was ridiculously over-priced. Does anybody know what size the o-rings are? Wouldn't any o-rings that are resistant to brake fluid work?

The o-rings are a special double lip kind. I'm not sure how easy they would be to find in a generic version. When I did it, I ordered JUST the o-rings, and then bought the switch from whoever was cheaper at the time.... AB I think. I think that way it worked out closer to $100.

The o rings were a crazy price. I never had bought anything else from Falcon Works due to the the over kill on price. Major rip off.

I agree. I just ordered the shuttle valve from AB. I'll just take a chance and not order the over priced o-rings from falcon works. I would rather pay $68 for another shuttle valve and replace it again rather than pay $42 for 2 o-rings.

If the switch assembly is dry, then the o-rings are not an absolute requirement. There is no guarantee that it won't start leaking the the future, but the switches do fail by themselves, even if there isn't a brake fluid leak.
