Default Electrical issues

I have a 01 disco II when ever you push the fog light switch both front and rear wipers come on ideas. Does any one have schematics for this?

What happens when you press the rear washer/wiper button? What happens when you turn on (with the correct switch) the front wipers?

When using the correct switch the wipers work fine. Front and rear.
