I'd choose an IH 2.8l PS which is essentially an uprated 300tdi.
Of the 4 you listed, a 300Tdi, which is why I bought one to convert my V8 D90. Would love one to do my Disco as well.
The 200Tdi is perfect for my 109's, which is what I'm planning for in the coming year or so.
Converted my Lightweight to a 2.25 diesel.
