Default Engine swap

Hi I have a 2001 v8 Disco with a duff motor. I have located a 4.6 V8 out of a 2000 P38.

Are they the same engines other than the CC's?

If so would the auto box and all other ancillaryies fit off the 4L on to the 4.6L?

Thanks to anybody who can help.

Yes, provided you do not have SAI in your 2001.

You could also have the SAI heads redone off the 4.0 if the P38 does not and you need SAI. Just use the 4.6 short block.
