Default RE: first car

I'm 6'5" and have some issues with leg room, the seat doesn't go very far back and the steering wheel kinda sits in my lap. That was my first negative when I sat in it for the first time and I wasn't sure if I could deal with it. I got used to it, but on longer trips I can get a sore right leg from gas and braking. I have found a mod from an NCLR member that will let you gain a good 5 inches of extra travel back with a powered seat. The manual seat you can actually flip the rails to give more room back than forwards.

Yea I could see leg room becoming an issue then..I'm about at the Range's limit, but it's just about perfect for me.

I really want to see what its like to drive a rover.im sure ill be fine with room. my brother and I last weekend went from jacksonville to palm beach. about a 280mile drive and didnt stop once. and that was in a honda civic hatchback so im sure it will be awesome for trips. the only think thats good abouta civic is that we only used 9 gallons of gas no a/c and windows fully open.lol
