My 2003 Disco with 40,000 miles is flashing the green S and M lights and the shift indicatoris flashing. Any ideas of what the problem may be would be great.

Do you have an owners manual, if so need to spend a couple hours reading up on your truck.
When your mode lights are flashing your tranny is having some problems and should be take staright to the shop with no other driving.

We only had this vehicle 6 months and would like to sell it. We do not have any manuals for it and the nearest dealer is 3 hours away in Vegas.

You had better get it into a tranny shop before major damage is done, most of them can read the codes and tell you what is wrong with it.
