I wouldnt use the Lucas unless you have a problem.
Never use a additive with full synthetics as tehy already have their own additives and they can counter act one another.

 

My ACE does have the whining noise. I'm a little new to Rovers so I'm not sure how much noise is normal. A here it with the windows up but not going down the road.

Thanks for the ps fluid info though. I'll use regular name brand fluid and add the Lucas since I've already bought it.
