Default Front Fender Removal

I'm thinking of swapping the driver's fender from the 04 to the 03. I tried searching the forum but most results were discussing removing the wheel well trim and the RAVE doesn't talk about it in too much detail either. What kind of job is this? Is there a lot of gap sealant in there that needs to be cut or otherwise dealt with? Aside from what look like three bolts in the area behind the driver's door hinges and the string of bolts that run along the top edge of the fender, can someone describe the others? Obviously I can feel my way through it but I don't want to take off anything I don't have to, nor do I want to damage anything by skipping over something important and then trying to wrestle it off the truck.

Really easy job, just bolts off. Only tricky part is at the bottom of the fender near the door.

Yeah, pretty straight forward. Bolts along hood edge, inner fender retainers, bolt behind tire along lower edge, three bolts in door channel, remove head light bucket, one bolt by the washer bottle and a screw that holds plastic piece below head light bucket (once inner fender is removed you will see it). Takes a half hour at the most.

That's what I was hoping to hear. Thank you both!
