I'd add 1" spacers below the front springs, if ride height is your main concern. Ride is probably going to be "what it is"...you've got some considerable weight up front. really doesn't look that bad to me, but if it is bottoming out on trails...then spacers may help.

Thank you all. I’ll plan on the 1” spacers and see how it goes from there
