Default Fuel Trim

So, I have been chasing a p1415 and p1412. I am unable to find a vacuum leak at this point, replaced the intake valve, checked all the hoses, and connections.

Now, I have a p1412, p1415, p0101, p0175, p0172.

Cleared those codes, and now the p0175 p0172 are back. I installed the fuel trim gauges on the Torque app. I have what appears to be normal figures on bank 1. But bank 2 is flat lined, no measurements at all.

It appears to run fine, maybe a bit unsmooth, but not the way I would expect if I were only running on 1 bank.

Any idea on where to start?

Thanks,

Sounds like a bad 02 on bank 2. Swap the 02s left to right and see if it follows them. If it does, bad sensor. If it doesn't, likely a circuit issue. Report back here for next steps.

If 1 O2 goes bad, the engine will try to trim using the other bank's sensor. Like extinct said, swap from side to side and see if the problem swaps.

It could also be a bad intake manifold gasket, bad injectors, bad plugs, bad wires etc..

I had a similar issue awhile back, turned out my MAF was just reading a bit off. left bank didn't seem to mind, but the right bank was throwing codes.

Default Update

So I cleaned the maf and cleared codes. Did not mess w O2 sensors yet. I am down to P0172, P0175, p0101.

when I clear the codes these are the only ones that persist. Looking at the fuel trim gauge, bank 2 does not often read any value. The O2 sensors appear to read values, even if they do not read matching values.

my thinking is to replace both O2 sensors, I bet mine are original. Any other thoughts are appreciates.

Your first screenshot seems to indicate 02's cycling, the remaining ones are a little questionable on bank 2 because I can't see them cycling. You want to see the 02's cycling on a semi-regular basis. If one is dramatically slower than the other, or does not cycle at all, you have a bad 02. If they cycle, there is nothing wrong with them. That is a general rule, in detail the ECU occasionally throws a rich or lean condition in to the mix just to make sure they are working right, and of course it will go to full lean if you are decelerating for an extended period of time with zero throttle opening. Best to do the test at idle, engine warm.

But based on what you have here, I think our original suspicion regarding bank 2 warrants swapping left to right.

Default Wiring

It turns out the passenger side o2 sensor has beat up wiring connection. I think I need to replace it and might as well do both, right?
only worth buying bosch?

Don't get Bosch O2 sensors. They have a high failure rate out of the box. Walker ones seem to be much more reliable.
