Hey, everyone. I'm new to this site so I apologize if this thread isn't where it's supposed to be. However, I drive a 2004 Disco II and have been having troubles with the blower for the heat. It's been making a loud sound for awhile now and recently went through a car wash to find bubbles and water dripping from the dash on the passenger side. I've read some other posts about it shaking the dash and while I suppose it may shake a bit, it doesn't seem nearly as bad as what other people have listed. So considering the noise and leak with otherwise solid heat output, what might this problem be? Thank you in advance!

 

Sounds like you have debris in the blower fan & a cracked windshield cowl which is allowing water to go thru the fresh air duct and into the HVAC system/blower assembly.
